2-3 weeks for orders placed in the USA, Canada, Australia & the United Kingdom.

3-4 weeks for orders placed Internationally (ie. none of the countries listed above)

Unfortunately, as of October 1, 2021 we can no longer ship to the following countries: UAE/AE, Peru, Kuwait, Chile, Israel, Reunion Island, Bahrain, Qatar, Brazil, Russia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, India, Bolivia, Egypt, Isle of Man, Sri Lanka, Latvia, Colombia.

We also can no longer ship Canvas Wall Art orders to Asia.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Please note that depending on your region, customs and/or courier fees may apply. Roscoe & Charlie is NOT responsible for any additional fees incurred upon arrival of your order.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing an order. After 6 hours have passed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders. 

Due to the on demand nature of our production process, we are not able to accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or change of size. Once the production process has begun, all sales are final.

Due to the on-demand nature of our production process, Roscoe & Charlie does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests after the order has been produced, printed, shipped, and/or delivered. This includes all issues due to user error i.e. garment size issues, errors in delivery address, incorrect color or product variant types.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us at info@roscoeandcharlie.com or through our contact us page. We will require proof of product damage and will assess each claim on an individual basis.

Please do not 'return to sender' without prior contacting us. This will not be accepted as a refund or exchange and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees to get the product back to you.
