REFUND POLICY

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing an order. After 6 hours have passed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders. 

Due to the on demand nature of our production process, we are not able to accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or change of size. Once the production process has begun, all sales are final.

Due to the on-demand nature of our production process, Roscoe & Charlie does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests after the order has been produced, printed, shipped, and/or delivered. This includes all issues due to user error i.e. garment size issues, errors in delivery address, incorrect color or product variant types. 

Should you experience any issue receiving your order, please reach out to us with a picture of the item and box you received at natesnextstore@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the order. Once 2 days have passed since the receipt of the item, we will no longer issue replacements or refunds. 

Please do not 'return to sender' without prior contacting us. This will not be accepted as a refund or exchange and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees to get the product back to you.
