What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Amex & more.

Do you accept PayPal?

Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal at this time.

Is my information secure?

110%! We use Shopify Payments to process all checkouts and consider your security a main priority.

Shopify Payments is the world's leading payment platform for e-commerce stores. Your details are never saved and no one will ever have access to them.

I made a mistake while ordering. How can I fix this?

If you have placed your order within the last hour please contact us as soon as possible. In the subject line of your email, please write your order number and the reason for your email - for example write "Order 1202 Product Change." If more than one hour has passed, you're more than welcome to still email us and we will do everything possible to remedy the situation, however our options may be limited as our print system is automated.

What if I need to cancel my order?

To cancel an order, you must email info@sovereignmetalworks.com within 6 hours of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion. After 6 hours, it is not possible to cancel your order. Please note we cannot cancel Metal Art orders after 6 hours have passed since you initially placed your order.

How long does production take?

Please allow 5-7 business days for production (7-10 during peak periods e.g. Christmas and holidays).

All of our products are produced "on demand" meaning we only make them when you order. We do this so that we can ensure the highest level of quality control possible. 

Where will my order ship from?

We ship using print partners located in the USA, Australia, Canada and the UK.  Depending on which product/s you order will depend on where it ships from. For your convenience, our products automatically ship from the closest / quickest country to you.

Why hasn't my order arrived on time?

Don't worry, please wait a few more business days or contact us. We guarantee all purchases, so if yours is lost or unable to be delivered for any reason we will send a new one out free of charge.

I didn't receive my full order. What should I do?

Our products are packed in individual & fitted packaging to ensure the safest possible delivery. 

Due to this, some products may arrive at different times. 

If you don't receive your full order, please wait a few days for the remainder of your order to arrive.

Will all of my items arrive in the same shipment?

While we always strive to deliver your items together, occasionally one item in your order will be completed ahead of time and shipped out first. For example, if you order a gallery canvas and a pillow, the pillow may arrive separately.

My question wasn't answered. What should I do?

That's okay, simply drop us a line at info@roscoeandcharlie.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible! We'll do our best to respond within a few hours, but please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
